"How to start meditating?”" What should I do during meditation?” Basically beginners do not know how to start simple meditation 🤔 Here are some tips for you to look through before you start your meditation journey. ⬇️⬇️

First, TIME. Make sure you fix a period of time and it is flexible. For beginners, you may start with 5-15 minutes to adapt and fit in to the new habit. Good thing takes time!💯


Second, RELAX& BREATH. Breath is the most important way to kick start meditation, and it helps you to relax and calm. In the beginning, you may count the frequency of breath, count it and feel it! Hey, if you get interrupted halfway, then you will have to recount the breath again. 🧘🏻‍♀️


Last, FEELINGS. Most people thinks that meditation is just healing yourself and keeping your mind free. Meditation is how you manage to control and accept your positive and negative thoughts. 😉


Don't just thinking without action, start it now! Take the first step and practice it continuously.💪🏻✨
