Do you know there are a few differences between stress and anxiety?đš
Anxiety is a feeling of fear, worry and dread, and it may not have identifiable trigger. đźâđšIt is your reaction to stress. Anxiety will cause panic attacks and specific form of anxiety.đ±
As examples for anxiety, extreme fear of public speaking or meeting new people. đAnxiety is basically causes problems that lasts for at least 6 months. The feeling of anxiety will not be distinguished even after the public speaking. đ”âđ«
While for stress, it is a feeling of overwhelmed and it will cause people burnout, but generally stress responses to an external cause, it will go away once the problem is solved. đđ»ââïž
For example, a tight deadline of assignments or having an argument with friends are some common situation for stress.đ

Both stress and anxiety will have the same feeling of heartbeat increases, breathing increases and diarrhea. đ”
Some of the symptoms for stress are
- loneliness
- dizziness
- anxious thoughts
- moodiness
- anger
On the other hand, here are some symptoms for anxiety
- restlessness
- nervousness
- sweating
- dread
- tenseness
